Set in an old warehouse that backs onto the River Lea and opposite London Stadium, Autumn Yard Studios is home to a community of creatives, designer-makers and start-ups.

Fourteen studios cater to various creative requirements, from flexible spaces to large-scale showrooms and art and design studios.

Autumn Yard is a vibrant place that changes with residents' interests and needs. With a focus on well-being – workspaces are complemented by a communal kitchenette and a canal-side terrace with stunning views.

  • All of our studios have natural light and are leased unfurnished. Studio sizes vary between 28 and 54 square meter. They are split-level with a double-height ceiling and a mezzanine. We offer contracts 12 or 24 months with one month’s deposit.

  • The Autumn Yard studios offer: 24/7 access, super-fast broadband. Also included: a shared kithenette and a large canal-side terrace with stunning views. There is a secure bike shed with space for storing both standard and folding bikes.
