The Autumn Yard studios offer 24/7 access, a communal kitchenette and a canal-side terrace with stunning views. All of our studios have natural light and are leased unfurnished. They are split-level with a double-height ceiling and a mezzanine – and range in size between 28 and 54 square meter.

Autumn Yard is easily accessible via public transport. There is a secure bike shed with space for storing both regular and folding bikes – and several parking spaces for visitors and deliveries.

To provide great connectivity for studios in Unit 1, Autumn Yard, we’ve installed a 1Gbps fibre connection that studios can sign up to use. This is a business grade dedicated internet connection that far surpasses the performance of standard broadband.
